Senior trial attorney Donna Williams Rucker heads the Firm's practice in private sector employee cases at the U.S. Equal Employment Commission (EEOC), as well as our cases for D.C. Government employees, fire fighters, and police officers. Known as one of the best employment litigators in the Washington, DC area, Ms. Rucker has demonstrated a passionate commitment to employment discrimination and civil rights litigation for over 20 years. She has handled a voluminous number of trials, court hearings, administrative hearings, and EEOC charges of employment discrimination. Ms. Rucker also assists clients who have distinct legal needs in bankruptcy, personal injury, police brutality, and corporate counsel. A former Magistrate Judge in Virginia, Ms. Rucker joined Gebhardt & Associates, LLP in 2008 and works at the partner level.
