Senior trial attorney Myrrel Hendricks is the Firm's lead lawyer in federal whistleblower and disciplinary cases before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). Mr. Hendricks has unmatched experience in MSPB cases, having represented both employees and agencies before the Board and having served as an MSPB Administrative Judge and as legal counsel to MSPB Board Member Dennis M. Devaney. Mr. Hendricks is considered one of the best defenders of government whistleblowers. He also represents federal employees before the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC), the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals. Mr. Hendricks is Of Counsel and a key advisor to Gebhardt & Associates, LLP. He holds appointments for clients who live in Baltimore and in Baltimore County, MD where he lives.
